Terms & Conditions

The use of this website is intended for Jewelers, Opticians, Hospital, Orthopedic Surgeons, Dentists, Dental Labs, Dental Students and other Purchasing Departments in the Jewelry & Dentistry Industry. Intrade International is not responsible for improper use of any of the Products listed on our site.

Restrictions on Returns:

Item must be in the original and new condition and contain a reference number and date of Purchase. (Any Alterations in tools/Instruments will not be accepted for refund or Exchange). Any Defective items or material related problems must be returned within 7 Days upon receiving the items.


Intrade International will issue a credit or replacement after returns are received.

Any Changes or Cancellation Policy:

Once the order is confirmed, customer will not be able to cancel his order. If the order is not confirmed by the purchaser he can cancel or changed his order by emailing us at info@intrade.com with your name & order number.

Minimum Order Quantity:

The minimum order quantity for each product is 200 Pieces (Negotiable).

Delivery Time:

Our delivery time for any order is 8-10 weeks. If the order is in large quantity around 30000-50000 pieces then the lead time is 4 months. 


All quotations are valid for 4 weeks after submitting our prices to the customer. If there are any changes in the cost of materials and other factors in the local market we have the complete right to change our prices without informing our customers. 

If the order is not confirmed (With initial Payment) within 4 weeks then the updated prices will be re-quoted to the customer.

Delivery Policy:

We are providing shipping services by UPS (United Parcel Service) DHL, FedEx, by Sea or Air for all of our shipping. Order will be shipped out by the preferred shipment method.

Transaction Currency:

The only currencies supported are US Dollars, Euros & UK Pounds.
