Classic Parallel Action Forming Plier, also known as a Filigree Plier, features a compound box joint system that enables the jaws to stay parallel at all times.

This useful plier has two round jaws measuring 4mm diameter and 5mm diameter. It is ideal for forming and bending wires, particularly handy for making bails, coils and curves and because the head stays parallel it enables a consistent bend, making use of the whole jaw.
